Standard Monday Dinnernoms - Winter Stew

Today my singing group rehearses and I don't have time to cook dinner. So, it being winter, I'm just making a stew. A pound of lamb, a coarsely cut up onion, two carrots sliced pretty thick, coconut milk, red curry paste, tomato, and spices to taste. Brown the lamb, throw it in the crock pot, and go away.

Comfort food, quick and easy.

  1. Good crock pot recipe. How about some labels for "quick" and "crock pot" so we can find these again. Really like the blog - even if you badly mis-spelled the title - should be: Dinner Moms and More!

  2. Good idea about the cooking method and I will do that going forward when a special tool like a crock pot or grill is involved.

Regarding "Dinnernoms" - "noms" is LOLspeek for a meal or food. It's onomatopoeic for the sound one makes when eating. If you're really interested, See Lolcat articul:
